Accidental finding on the serosa of distal left Fallopian tube during Cesarean section in otherwise healthy woman.

Grossly the change appeared grape-like and measured 20x15 mm.

It was resected and sent for histopathology.

The ipsilateral ovary and contralateral ovary and Fallopian tube showed no changes.
