Dr. Kirigin

Patient, 44 yrs, with irregular periods and anemia, diagnosed by US with submucosal myoma localised towards the right horn, with 20 mm diameter.

It was resected by hysteroscopy and sent for histopathology. 

Whole material was stained by H-E and examined.

Her last menstrual period dated 6 days before HSC.
