patients informations: 78 years old female treated with total hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectomy

clinical diagnosis: complex myomatous uterus and relapsing proffuse uterine bleeding

macrodescription: deformated uterus, cervix of the size 7x5x3x cm, on the back serous surface irregular abrasive cut surface from with morselation separated myoma, in the size of 13x11x6,5 cm. Endometrium smooth, with the thickness less then 1 mm, deformed with white coloured nodule that fill almost whole uterine cavity in the width of 27 mm. On the border of uterine cervix and body a polyp in the diameter od 10 mm is present. From the back uterine surface a subserous white nodule in the diameter of 20 mm is groving.

Right ovary in the size of 35x20x6 mm, right fallopian tube in the lenght of 6 cm.

Left ovary in the size of 25x15x9 mm, left fallopian tube in the lenght of 6,5 cm.
