9.9.2020 –LEEP and conisation because of HG SIL and frac. curretage

Histopathological findings:
Portio HG SIL, endocervical mucosa and endometrium infiltrated with anaplastic tumors cells
Immunohistochemistry: CK +,vimentin -, HCG a HPL focally +
USG – lesion 5x4mm was placed in lower uterine segment

Pacient was recommended for consultation to the Center for GTD in Bratislava:
26.10.2020 – hysterectomy with adnexotomy
Histopathological examinition and immunohistological examination according „trophogram“
