Nodular lesions in the left leg

73 year-old male, presented with nodular lesions in the left leg with diffuse erythema and induration for the last 6 months. 2 more plaques in both eyebrows with loss if hair. Scattered plaques in the back and right leg. (Skin biopsy from left leg nodule)
