An unusual “tumour” of the bladder

The patient was 87 years, woman.
She was referred to a hospital because of a loss of appetite.
A systemic CT scan found a huge bladder mass (40X30X32mm), although she had no urological symptoms. Subsequent MRI and cystoscopy recognized it as a submucosal tumor. TUR-BT was performed.
