Abdominal mass

A known case of autism and hyperactivity diagnosed since 1.5 year old on risperidon syrup. His present complaint started 1.5 month prior to admission as poor oral intake, abdominal pain, intermittent fever and night sweating.

He was referred to a pediatric oncologist who noticed an abdominal mass.

Excision of the mass was performed.
